THE FORESTRY (2010 ACT) (COMMENCEMENT NO. 3) ORDER (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2013

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Forestry (2010 Act) (Commencement No. 3) Order (Northern Ireland) 2013 (S.R. 2013 No. 138(C. 9)), which comes into operation on 17 June 2013.

The Rule brings into operation sections 15 to 20 and 22 to 30 of the Forestry Act (Northern Ireland) 2010 (2010 c.10 (N.I.), which regulate the felling and re-establishment of trees in private woodlands of 0.2 hectares or over.
