THE FORESTRY (FELLING OF TREES) (CALCULATION OF THE AREA OF LAND) REGULATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2013

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Forestry (Felling of Trees) (Calculation of the Area of Land) Regulations (NI) 2013 (S.R. 2013 No. 137), which comes into operation on 17 June 2013.

The Rule establishes the boundaries to be used in calculating whether a woodland is 0.2 hectares or over, the lower limit at which the felling of trees will be regulated under the Forestry Act (Northern Ireland) 2010 (2010 c.10 (N.I.).
