THE FORESTRY (FELLING OF TREES) REGULATIONS (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2013

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Forestry (Felling of Trees) Regulations (NI) 2013 (S.R. 2013 No. 139), which comes into operation on 17 June 2013.

The Rule, which has been made under the Forestry Act (Northern Ireland) 2010 (2010 c.10 (N.I.), regulates the felling and re-establishment of trees in private woodlands of 0.2 hectares or over.
