Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:

1. Tishman Speyer 19-II, L.L.C. has transferred a part of its interest in Project Patio Brazil III JV, LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL13824 (the “Partnership” ), to Smithsonian Institution, represented by a capital contribution of USD 0.30302.

2. Tishman Speyer 19-II, L.L.C. has transferred a part of its interest in the Partnership to Tishman Speyer 19, L.L.C., represented by a capital contribution of USD 0.004304; and

3. Tishman Speyer 19-II, L.L.C. has transferred a part of its interest in the Partnership to Tishman Speyer Brazil III (Scots), L.P., represented by a capital contribution of USD 0.588855.
