Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that, with effect from 31 December 2013, Rocky Mountain Associates S.A. has transferred its entire interest in Partners Group Secondary 2008, L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL6263 (the “Partnership” ), to BIH S.A.. As a result, Rocky Mountain Associates S.A. has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and BIH S.A. has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
