Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that by operation of Finish law with effect from 00.01 am GMT on 1 January 2014, Mutual Insurance Company Pension Fennia has transferred its entire interest in Hermes GPE Global Secondary Feeder LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL12046 (the “Partnership”) to Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company. As a result, Mutual Insurance Company Pension Fennia has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and Elo Mutual Pension Insurance Company has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
