I, Nicholas Guy Edwards and my partner Nicholas J Dargan and John Charles Reid, Chartered Accountants of 25 Melville Street, Edinburgh EH3 7PE, hereby give notice that on 26th June 2002, we were appointed Joint Receivers of the whole property and assets of the above Companies in terms of section 51 of The Insolvency Act 1986.

In terms of Section 59 of the said Act, preferential creditors are required to intimate their claims with me within six months of the date of this notice.
