A petition was on 10th June 2002 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners of Inland Revenue craving the Court inter alia to order that Chain Surveyors Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 1985 and having its Registered Office at Unit 4B, Evanton Industrial Estate, Evanton, Ross-shire IV17 0XS be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Drummond Young by Interlocutor dated 21st June 2002 allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
