Notice is hereby given that on 18th June 2002 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by George Alexander Thomson residing at Glensilloch, Lanark Road, Garrion Bridge, Larkhall, Lanarkshire, ML9 3BJ and Robert Scruton residing at 17 Sea View Avenue, Birchington, Kent, CT7 9LU as the only Directors of Stac Media Limited, incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its Registered Office at 2 Blythswood Square, Glasgow G2 4AD craving the Court inter alia to order that the said Stac Media Limited be wound up by the Court under the Insolvency Act 1986 and to appoint an Interim Liquidator in which Petition the said Sheriff on 19th June 2002 pronounced deliverances appointing intimation on the walls of Glasgow Sheriff Court and advertisement in The Edinburgh Gazette and The Herald, and ordaining all parties desirous of opposing the prayer of the Petition to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow within eight days of such intimation and advertisement, under certification, and in the meantime appointing Duncan Donald McGruther, Chartered Accountant, 95 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 7JZ to be Provisional Liquidator of the said Stac Media Limited.
