Notice is hereby given that on 26th June 2002 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Forfar by Neil Simpson, residing at Lochside House, 22 Lochside Road, Forfar, Angus, DD8 3JD for an order to wind up Bathroom Design Studio (Scotland) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts numbered SC223378 having its registered office at 72 Castle Street, Forfar, DD8 3AB, craving the Court inter alia, that Bathroom Design Studio (Scotland) Limited be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Forfar by Interlocutor dated 26th June 2002 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Forfar, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and eo die appointed Ian Rodger Johnston, Insolvency Practitioner, Royal Exchange, Panmure Street, Dundee to be Provisional Liquidator of the company with the powers specified in Parts 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
