The Estate of Agnes Patrick, residing at 11 Breas View, Denny, Falkirk was sequestrated by Falkirk Sheriff Court on 19th June 2002 and Blair Carnegie Nimmo, Chartered Accountant, 24 Blythswood Square, Glasgow, G2 4QS has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor name above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting account or vouchers, to the Interim Trustee. The relevant date for claims purposes is 27th May 2002.

Any creditor known to the Interim Trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the Statutory Meeting of Creditors to elect a Permanent Trustee.
