I, Matthew P Henderson of Grant Thornton, 1/4 Atholl Crescent, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH3 8LQ give notice that, on 27th February 2002, I was appointed as liquidator of the above company by a resolution of a meeting of the creditors.

Under Section 153 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Act 1986 the Sheriff Court at Edinburgh has fixed the date of 12th July 2002 as the date by which all creditors are required to prove their claims or to be excluded from any distribution made before those debts are proved. All creditors who have not already done so are required to lodge their claims with me by 12th July 2002 along with supporting documentation.
