Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that:-

(a)

pursuant to an assignation of 11th July 2002, Beegas Nominees Limited transferred to Stargas Nominees Limited all of the interest held by it in Parallel Ventures L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL3153 and Beegas Nominees Limited ceased to be a limited partner and Stargas Nominees Limited increased its capital contribution in Parallel Ventures L.P.; and

(b)

pursuant to an assignation of 11th July 2002, Axa Equity & Law Life Assurance Society plc transferred to Axa Sun Life Public Limited Company all of the interest held by it in Parallel Ventures L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL3153 and Axa Equity & Law Life Assurance Society plc ceased to be a limited partner and Axa Sun Life Public Limited Company became a limited partner in Parallel Ventures L.P.
