Notice is hereby given that on 10th July 2002 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Claymore Engineering Services Limited having its Registered Office at c/o Sinclair Wood & Co, Chartered Accountants, 90 Mitchell Street, Glasgow, G1 3NQ (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the company be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 10th March 2002 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service and eo die appointed Donald McGruther, Chartered Accountant, Grant Thornton, 95 Bothwell Street, Glasgow to be Provisional Liquidator of the company with the powers specified in Parts I and II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, of which notice is hereby given.
