The estate of Alastair McIntyre Galbraith, 5 Achagoil, Minard, Inveraray, Argyll was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 11th July 2002 and Stephen Woodhouse, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Graham C Tough Esq CA, Martin Aitken & Co, 1 Royal Terrace, Glasgow G3 7NT, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
