An action has been raised in Greenock Sheriff Court by Paul McGrath, Pursuer, which craves that the Company of Wm. Cameron & Co (Contractors) Limited, which had its Registered Office at Chapel Street, Greenock PA15 1EX, and which was struck from the Register of Companies on 10th June 1998 be restored to the Register of Companies, in terms of the Companies Act 1985, Section 653.
