I, Colin Peter Dempster, Ernst & Young LLP, George House, 50 George Square, Glasgow, G2 1RR, give notice that on 16th August 2002 my partner, Thomas Merchant Burton and I were appointed joint receivers of the above-named Company.

The only property over which we were appointed joint receivers is the Company’s right, title and interest in Fife Energy Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary company. We have not been appointed over any other property and undertaking of Fife Energy Limited.

In terms of Section 59 of the Insolvency Act 1986, preferential creditors should lodge their claims with me within six months of the date of this notice.
