Notice is hereby given that in a Petition presented by Nasib Kaur Binning, also known as Nasib K. Birning, an order was pronounced by Lord Nimmo Smith at the Court of Session at Edinburgh on 20th August 2002 to appoint the Petition to be intimated on the walls and in the Minute Book in common form and to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette Newspaper; granting warrant for serving the Petition was craved, together with a copy of this interlocutor upon the parties named and designed in the Schedule annex to thereto; and allowing them and all other parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto, if so advised, within fourteen days after such intimation, service and advertisement.
