Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh by Craigleith Metering Consultants Limited, Company Number SC162607, having its registered office at 5 Craigleith Gardens, Edinburgh, craving the Court to order that the name of Craigleith Metering Consultants Limited be restored to the Register of Companies in Scotland; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 30th August 2002 appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers, if so advised, within eight days after intimation service and advertisement; of which notice is hereby given.
