POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2000
In accordance with paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 to the above Regulations, Notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) for a Permit under regulation 7 of the Regulations by BGE (UK) Limited in respect of activities being carried out, namely a combustion process at Brighouse Bay Gas Compressor Station in an installation at Brighouse Bay, Kirkcudbright.
The application contains a description of any foreseeable significant effects of emissions from part of the installation on the environment.
The application may be inspected, free of charge, at the SEPA Offices in Dumfries, Newtown Stewart and East Kilbride during normal office hours. Please quote Reference No PPC/W/20025.
Written representation concerning this application may be made to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency at Redwood Crescent, Peel Park, East Kilbride, G74 5PP, or sent to e-mail address bgeppc@sepa.org.uk and, if received within 28 days of this Notice, will be taken into consideration in determining the application. Any such representations made by any person will be entered in a public register unless that person requests in writing that they should not be so entered. Where such a request is made there will be included in the register a statement indicating that representations have been made which have been the subject of such a request.
