I, Michael James Meston Reid, of Meston Reid & Co, 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1UR, give notice that on 13th September 2002, I was appointed receiver of the whole property and assets of the company, in terms of section 51 of the Insolvency Act 1986, as incorporated by section 14(1) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000.

In terms of section 59 of the Insolvency Act 1986, preferential creditors are requested to intimate their claims to me within 6 months of the date of this notice.
