Notice is hereby given that in an Application to the Sheriff of Tayside Central and Fife at Dundee by Gemtill Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at 12 Old Glamis Road, Dundee in order that their name be restored to the Register of Companies in terms of Section 653(2) of the Companies Act 1985. The Sheriff of Tayside Central and Fife at Dundee by deliverance dated 11th September 2002 has appointed said Application to be advertised once in each of the Edinburgh Gazette and the Dundee Courier and Advertiser Newspapers and ordains any person interested therein to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Dundee within twenty one days of such advertisement, under certification; and notice is hereby given.
