A certificate for the summary administration of the sequestrated estate of James Martin O’Rourke, formerly residing at 16 Muirmadkin Road, Bellshill, ML4 1QQ and now residing at 39 Spruce Way, Holytown ML1 4PE was granted by the sheriff at Hamilton on Tuesday 1st October 2002 and Stephen Woodhouse, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Permanent Trustee on the sequestrated estate.
