The estate of Allan Wishart Chrystal, 24 West High Street, Buckhaven, Fife KY8 1AL was sequestrated by the sheriff at Kirkcaldy on Tuesday 8th October 2002 and Stephen Woodhouse, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, Case Management Section, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 8th October 2002.
