The estate of Gerald Lafferty t/a Home Advances, 4 Achnasheen Road, Airdrie ML6 8NT was sequestrated by the sheriff at Airdrie on Thursday 12th September 2002 and Stephen Woodhouse, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Colin A F Hastings Esq CA, Messrs Hastings & Co, 13 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 1HY, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Thursday 22nd August 2002.
