The estate of Nicola Baxter, 24 Coronation Street, Carstairs Junction, Lanark ML11 8RB was sequestrated by the sheriff at Lanark on Tuesday 1st October 2002 and Stephen Woodhouse, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the Accountant in Bankruptcy, Case Management Section, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH.
