Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Tayside Central and Fife at Dundee on 12th July 2002 by James Michael Marr, 68 Albany Road, Broughty Ferry, Dundee craving inter alia an order that the name of Pelemar Property Limited, incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its last Registered Office at 31 Hawkhill, Dundee should be restored to the Register of Companies in Scotland in terms of Section 653 of the Companies Act 1985 and in which Petition the Sheriff at Dundee by Interlocutor dated 16th July 2002 allowed any party claiming interest to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Dundee within 21 days after intimation, service and advertisement.
