At an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company duly convened and held at 29 Manor Place, Edinburgh EH3 7DX on Monday 28th October 2002 the following Special Resolution was passed;
“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Morris Murray Duncan, Chartered Accountant, of 29 Manor Place, Edinburgh EH3 7DX be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
