POLLUTION PREVENTION AND CONTROL (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2000
In accordance with paragraph 5 of Schedule 4 to the above Regulations, notice is hereby given that application has been made to the Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) for a Permit under Regulation 7 of the Regulations, by Transgenomic in respect of an activity being carried out namely the manufacture of reagents and chemicals for the life sciences industry by installation at 4 Fountain Drive, Inchinnan Business Park, Inchinnan, Renfrew, PA4 9RF. The application contains a description of any foreseeable significant effects of emissions on the environment from the installation. The application may be inspected, free of charge, at SEPA, 5 Redwood Crescent, Peel Park, East Kilbride, G74 5PP between 0930 and 1630, Monday to Friday. Please quote Reference No. PPC/W/20018.
Written representation concerning this application may be made to SEPA at the above address, or sent by e-mail to address ppc.applications@sepa.org.uk and if received within 28 days of this Notice, will be taken into consideration in determining the application. Any such representations made by any person will be entered in a public register unless that person requests in writing that they should not be so placed. Where such a request is made, there will be included in the register a statement indicating that representations have been made which have been the subject of such a request.
