Notice is hereby given pursuant to Sections 146 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the final meeting of creditors of the above company will be held within the offices of convyclark Ltd, Carlyle House, Carlyle Road, Kirkcaldy, Fife KY1 1DB on Friday 20th December 2002 at 11.00 am for the purpose of having a final account laid before the meeting by the Liquidator showing the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and the company’s assets have been disposed of. The meeting will also determine whether the Liquidator should be released in terms of Section 172 of the said Act.

All creditors whose claims have been accepted are entitled to attend in person.
