Notice is hereby given that in a petition presented to the Court of Session on 20th November 2002 by Shemara Fishing Company Limited a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office 1/3 Dalrymple Street, Fraserburgh, Aberdeenshire for an order to restore the name M.B. Serene Limited to the Register of Companies in Scotland, the Lord Ordinary by Interlocutor dated 22nd November 2002 appointed the petition to be intimated on the Walls in common form and to be advertised once in each of the Edinburgh Gazette and Scotsman newspaper and ordained any party claiming an interest to lodge answers thereto, if so advised, within eight days after such intimation, advertisement and service.
