TMS ADVERTISING LIMITED

A petition was on 19th November 2002 presented to the Court of Session by the Advocate General for Scotland for and on behalf of the Commissioners of Inland Revenue craving the Court inter alia to order that TMS Advertising Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts 1948 to 1981 and having its Registered Office at 4 Newton Place, Glasgow G3 7PR be wound up by the Court and to appoint a Liquidator to the said Company in terms of the Insolvency Act 1986, in which Petition Lord Abernethy by Interlocutor dated 26th November 2002 allowed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers thereto if so advised with the Office of Court at the Court of Session, 2 Parliament Square, Edinburgh within eight days of intimation, service and advertisement.
