ROADS (SCOTLAND) ACT 1984
THE GLASGOW CITY COUNCIL
RIVER KELVIN BRIDGE (OPTION A) SCHEME

Notice is hereby given that Glasgow City Council propose to make a Scheme under Section 75(3) of the Roads (Scotland) Act 1984 to provide for the construction of a bridge over the navigable waters of the River Kelvin in the City of Glasgow.

The title of this Scheme is “The Glasgow City Council River Kelvin Bridge (Option A) Scheme.”

Copies of the proposed Scheme and of the accompanying drawings showing the route of the Glasgow City Council River Kelvin (Option A), together with a Statement of the general effect of the Scheme have been deposited at the following locations:

(a) Director, Personnel and Administration Services, City Chambers, George Square, Glasgow G2 1DU
(b) Director, Land Services, Richmond Exchange, 20 Cadogan Street, Glasgow G2 7AD
(c) The Mitchell Library, North Street, Glasgow G3
(d) Partick Public Library, 305 Dumbarton Road, Glasgow G11 6AB

These documents are available for inspection, free of charge, during normal office hours.

Any person may, within six weeks from Friday, 20th December 2002 object to the making of the Scheme by notice in writing to the Scottish Ministers, Transport Division 3, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh EH3 6QQ. Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which they relate and the grounds on which they are made.
