Notice is hereby given that on 11th December 2002 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh by the Governor and Company of the Bank of Scotland, incorporated by Act of Parliament and having its Head Office at The Mound, Edinburgh craving the court inter alia to make an order restoring the name of Fairarea Enterprises Limited to the Register of Companies, in which Petition by interlocutor of 13th December 2002, Lady Cosgrove appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers, if so advised, within 21 days after intimation, advertisement and service.
