Notice is hereby given that on 10th December 2002 a Petition was presented to Peterhead Sheriff Court by Ryalpoint Limited craving the Court to restore the name of Ryalpoint Limited to the Register of Companies in which Petition the Sheriff at Peterhead by Interlocutor dated 10th December 2002 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Peterhead Sheriff Court, Queens Street, Peterhead within 8 days of such intimation service and advertisement.
