A Petition has been raised in the Sheriffdom of Tayside, Central and Fife at Stirling by Obtainchoice Limited, having its registered office at Nineteen Castlehill Loan, Kippen, Stirlingshire FK8 2ND, craving the Court to order that the name of the Company be restored to the Register of Companies. The Sheriff of Tayside, Central and Fife at Stirling having considered the Petition at the instance of Obtainchoice Limited issued the following Interlocutor dated Eighteenth February, Two Thousand and Two; The Sheriff having considered the foregoing Petition Appoints a copy thereof and of this Deliverance to be intimated on the Walls of the Sheriff Court, Stirling and like copies to be served on the Lord Advocate, Crown Office, Twenty five Chamber Street, Edinburgh EH1 1LA to be served in the Registrar of Companies, Companies House, Thirty seven Castle Street, Edinburgh EH1 2EB; Further, appoints Notice of the Import of the Petition and of this Deliverance to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and Herald Newspaper and Ordains the party mentioned and any other persons interested, if so advised, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Stirling within eight days after such intimation, service and advertisement.
