Proposed Development at Land at

Mains of Cairnrobin, Marywell

Notice is hereby given that an Environmental Statement has been submitted to Aberdeenshire Council by Jenkins and Marr on behalf of Ridale Developments Ltd relating to the planning application (reference: S020761PP) in respect of:

 Outline Planning Permission for Business, Industrial and Leisure Development (Classes 4, 5, 6 and 11) including new access from/to the A90.

A copy of the Environmental Statement and the associated planning application may be inspected during working hours (08.45-17.00) at the Planning and Environmental Services reception, Aberdeenshire Council, Viewmount, Arduthie Road, Stonehaven and also Portlethen Library, Cookston Road, Portlethen (area office if any) during the period of 28 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice.

Copies of the Environmental Statement may be purchased from the Planning and Environmental Services reception at a cost of £30.55.

Any person who wishes to make representations to Aberdeenshire Council about the Environmental Statement should make them in writing, within 28 days from the date of this notice, to the Head of Planning and Building Control, Aberdeenshire Council, Viewmount, Arduthie Road, Stonehaven, AB39 2DQ.
