NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR CONSENT IN PURSUANCE OF SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 36(1)(a) of the Control of Pollution Act 1974, that an application has been made to SEPA by Musto Properties Ltd, 6 Low Road, Auchermuchty, Fife KY14 7AU for consent to discharge 9.72m3 per day of treated sewage effluent to the Haugh Burn at NGR NS 044 762 from Bridgend Farm Steading, Linlithgow, West Lothian EH49 6ND.

Any person who wishes to make representations about the application should do so in writing to The Registrar, SEPA, Edinburgh Office, Clearwater House, Heriot-Watt Research Park, Avenue North, Riccarton, Edinburgh EH14 4AP, not later than 18th February 2003 quoting reference WPC/E/0022735.

A copy of the application may be inspected free of charge, at the above address.
