Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Linlithgow by Johnston (Agricultural Limes) Limited, Company Number SC36393, having its registered office at 10 Edinburgh Road, Bathgate, craving the Court to order that the name of Johnston (Agricultural Limes) Limited be restored to the Register of Companies in Scotland; in which Petition the Sheriff at Linlithgow Sheriff Court by Interlocutor dated 13th December 2002 appointed all parties having an interest to lodge answers, if so advised, within twenty one days after intimation service and advertisement; of which notice is hereby given.
