A Petition was presented to the Court of Session, Edinburgh on 9th December 2002 by What Everyone Wants Limited (“the Company”) a company incorporated under the Companies Act (Company Number SC049348) having its Registered Office at 296 Springfield Road, Glasgow, G40 3HZ, craving the court inter alia to make an Administration Order in respect of the Company, and to appoint Joint Administrators to the Company, in which Petition Lord Nimmo Smith by Interlocutor dated 9th January 2003 having considered the Petition and proceedings, no answers having been lodged, made an Administration Order in relation to the said Company and nominates and appoints Thomas Merchant Burton, CA, and Colin Peter Dempster, CA, both of 50 George Street, Glasgow G2 1RR and Garry Wilson, ACA of PO Box 61, Cloth Hall Court, 14 Kings Street, Leeds LS1 2JN, all insolvency practitioners, duly qualified under the Insolvency Act 1986, to be the Joint Administrators of the Company each with authority to exercise all the powers of an administrator independently of the others for the purposes specified in sections 8(3)(a), (b) and (d) of the said Act.
