A meeting of creditors of Alldays plc is to be held at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT at 11.00am on 27th January 2003 under the provisions of Section 67 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The purpose of the meeting is to receiving the report of the Receivers and if the creditors wish to do so, to appoint a committee of creditors. Creditors who have not received notice of the meeting and wish to attend should contact the Receivers’ office (020 7583 5000) and ask for Ashok Patel.

Any creditors requiring a copy of the report, (which is available free of charge), should write to PricewaterhouseCoopers, Plumtree Court, London EC4A 4HT.

Creditors whose claims are wholly secured are not entitled to attend or be represented at the meeting.
