Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held at 25 Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 6NL on Friday, 7th February 2003 at 12 noon for the purposes mentioned in Sections 99, 100 and 101 of the said Act.
