Notice is hereby given that on 15th January 2003 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh by The Advocate General for Scotland as representing Her Majesty’s Commissioners of Customs & Excise, craving the Court, inter alia that Cleaning & Maintenance Facilities Ltd, having their Registered Office at Unit 33, Imex Enterprise Centre, Loanhead EH20 9LZ be wound up by the Court and an Interim Liquidator appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 15th January 2003 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service: all of which Notice is hereby given.
