The following notice is in substitution for that which appeared on page 114 of the Edinburgh Gazette dated 17th January 2003

Trust Deed for Creditors by

ROBERT POLLOK

A Trust deed was granted by Robert Pollok, of Springfield Works, Bishopbriggs, Glasgow, on 3rd January 1908 conveying his estate to Thomson McLintock, Chartered Accountants, Glasgow, as Trustee for the benefit of his creditors generally.

Robert Westwater Speirs, resigned office conform to Deed of Assumption and Conveyance (incorporating resignation) dated 19th and 28th August 2002 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 13th September 2002 and Blair Carnegie Nimmo, Chartered Accountant, KPMG, 24 Blythswood Square, Glasgow, G2 4QS, was appointed as Trustee on 28th August 2002.

It is now the intention of the Trustee to wind up the Trust and accordingly any creditor of Robert Pollok is invited to submit his Statement of Claim together with supporting documentary evidence thereof within 28 days of this advert to the Trustee at the above noted address.
