Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 67 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a meeting of creditors of the above companies will be held at the Holiday Inn Glasgow City West, Bothwell Street, Glasgow G2 7EN on 13th February 2003 at 11.00am for the purposes of presenting the Report of the joint receivers and, should the meeting think fit, of determining whether or not to establish Committees of Creditors and who are to be the Members of those committees, if established.

Creditors whose claims are unsecured, in whole or in part, are entitled to attend and vote in person or by proxy providing that their claims (and proxies) have been submitted and accepted at the Meeting or lodged beforehand at the undernoted address.

A resolution will be passed when a majority in value of those voting have voted in favour of it.
