The estate of Anne Mackay aka Anne Stevenson, 52 Hillhead Road, Kirkintilloch, Glasgow was sequestrated at the Court of Session on Thursday 23rd January 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Gerard P Crampsey Esq CA, Messrs Stirling Toner & Co, Fleming House, 134 Renfrew Street, Glasgow G3 6SZ, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is Tuesday 17th December 2002.
