The estate of E McVitie t/a Maple Leaf Joinery, 37 William Black Place, South Queensferry was sequestrated by the sheriff at Edinburgh on Wednesday 22nd January 2003 and Gillian Thompson, Accountant in Bankruptcy, George House, 126 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 4HH has been appointed by the Court to act as Interim Trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any Creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to Keith V Anderson Esq CA, Messrs Scott & Paterson, Bruntsfield House, 6 Bruntsfield Terrace, Edinburgh EH10 4EX, the agent acting on behalf of the Accountant in Bankruptcy in this sequestration.
