The estate of Norman Lumsden, 8 Gardner Street, Partick, Glasgow G11 5NQ was sequestrated by the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court on 27th January 2003 and Cameron K Russell, C.A, Wm Duncan & Co CA, 104 Quarry Street, Hamilton ML3 7AX has been appointed by the court to act as interim trustee on the sequestrated estate.

Any creditor of the debtor named above is invited to submit his statement of claim in the prescribed form, with any supporting accounts or vouchers, to the interim trustee.

Any creditor known to the interim trustee will be notified of the date, time and place of the statutory meeting of creditors to elect a permanent trustee.

For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of sequestration is 23rd December 2002.
