(Scotland) Limited of the firm of HPE Scottish (No. 2 Tech) L.P. carrying on the business of investment at 50 Lothian Road, Festival Square, Edinburgh Scotland has transferred such interest in the partnership as is represented by an Initial Investment Contribution of £75 to HSBC Private Equity Investments (UK) Limited, the transfer having taken place on 24th January 2003.
