Notice Under Regulation 13

Proposed Development at

Skaildaquoy Point, St. Mary’s, Holm

Notice is hereby given that an environmental statement has been submitted to the Orkney Islands Council by Scottish Water, relating to the planning application in respect of the construction of a new wastewater treatment works, notified to you under article 9(1) of the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Scotland) Order 1992 on the 21st January 2003.

A copy of the environmental statement and the associated planning application may be inspected at all reasonable hours in the register of planning applications kept by the planning authority for the area at:

 The Department of Development and Protective Services, Orkney Islands Council, School Place, Kirkwall, Orkney

 Also at the offices of Mott MacDonald, 16 Albert Street, Aberdeen.

During the period of 28 days beginning with the date of this notice.

Copies of the Environmental Statement may be purchased from Mott MacDonald, 16 Albert Street, Aberdeen.

Any persons who wishes to make representations to Orkney Islands Council Department of Development & Protective Services about the environmental statement should make them in writing within that period to the Council at School Place, Kirkwall, Orkney.
